I. Wodenco CVD Coated Inserts

Wodenco coated inserts

  1. TiN with golden color on the surface can reduce friction and provide wear recognition.
  2. The Al2O3deposition layer with special structure has the best thermal barrier performance, which can guarantee the plastic deformation resistance of insert matrix during high-speed dry cutting.
  3. The TiCN layer has the property of anti-wear, which makes the wear resistance of the back face of the insert strongest.
  4. With gradient sintering technology, the impact resistance and wear resistance of the cutting edge are enhanced, so as to improve the damage resistance of the cutting edge.

SP4125

The thick TiCN and Al2O3 coating can improve the impact toughness and wear resistance greatly, which is the ideal choice for high speed cutting from steel finishing to semi-finishing. The cutting speed can be increased by more than 25%. At the same cutting speed, the tool life can be increased to more than 30%.

SP4225

With thick TiCN and Al2O3 coating, it has strong plastic deformation resistance and cutting edge strength, and is the general preferred brand for steel from finishing to rough processing. Under the condition of high removal rate cutting parameters or undesirable working conditions, it can achieve a more green and environmental dry cutting.
